With authentic and traditional yoga and meditation, it is possible to include on and of the mat (in our daily life) the real profound connexion with our inner self.
I’am working french (my mother tongue) in Montreal as a business coaching. Because I’am also a yoga teacher, I work very often with my clients just to learn to breath deeply….in the “proper way”.

Je n’aurai pas besoin de traduction car je suis un francophone de Montréal.
J’aime bien le Yoga. Et J’essaie de me rappeler l’importance de bien respirer dans le tourbillon de mes activités quotidiennes. Parfois, je réussis et parfois moins bien.
